Xây dựng bộ tiêu chí đánh giá kết quả thực hiện công việc của nhân viên khu vực công: trường hợp cán bộ giảng dạy khoa kinh tế Trường đại học Cần Thơ

Abtract

The research offer the criteria of evaluation performance result for public area’ employees: the case of College of Economics Can Tho University. This is an important basic to allow, advance the emulation significations, to commend and reward for school year and to access, classify official according to decree 56/2015/NĐ-CP 09/6/2015 of  Government.  This study is used by case study’s method. The result of research is the lecturer accessing critera with 04 main parts: (1) The result of work performance or the mission of  working contract that is signed; (2) The performance according to decree occupational ethic; (3) Responsibility spirit, attitude to serve country, spirit to cooperate with colleague and the realization of jobholder’s behavior rule; and (4) The performance about other obligations of jobholder. Four contents are devided 13 criterias. Beside, the result of research is not only crucial basic for salary, felicitation of unviversity but also the references for organizations.
