This paper features business culture and ethnics of the Southern Vietnamese. The literature about history and culture development of the Southern Vietnamese will be reviewed. Grounded in philosophical and theoretical discourse, this paper aims to identify principles and guidelines for ethical conducts in the South-Western of Vietnam, adopting a normative approach. In addition, business culture and ethnics in the Southern Vietnam will be discussed in the context of global economic integration.
