Abtract
The study aims to determine the factors affecting the tourist satisfaction at traditional craft village tourist place in Bay Nui, An Giang province by using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, the researcher conducts a survey of 285 respondents, including tourists traveling in traditional craft village tourist places, tourist places in Bay Nui and tourists staying at hotels, guesthouses near the Bay Nui tourist places. The study also recommends some specific measures to improve the tourist satisfaction at traditional craft villages in Bay Nui, An Giang province.
